THE COCO RANGEX
|
The “COCO” range for aquatic areas or zones subject to constant or very frequent flooding.
COCO Geotextiles / Coco Euro-textile These Geotextiles are generally used in bioengineering operations to strengthen and stabilise fillers in the middle and higher zones of an embankment until stabilisation can be ensured by vegetation sown with hydroseeding or planted (typically willow cuttings). “COCO” EURO-TEXTILES are entirely biodegraded after a period of 4 to 6 years. |

“TRADITIONAL” or “REVEGETATION” COCO fascines / Euro-logs - Patented System
EURO-LOGS are frequently used in addition to “COCO” geotextiles. COCO fascines can be used to reinforce banks with the planting of aquatic vegetation. By forming a “barrier”, the fascines mechanically protect the planted vegetation against the effects of fluctuating water levels and waves caused by boating or wind. This allows the vegetation to grow strong and vigorous, at which point it will be able to ensure erosion prevention and protect the bank. EURO-LOGS are entirely biodegraded after a period of 4 to 6 years. |
THE JUTE RANGEX
|
The “JUTE” range for terrestrial areas.
“JUTE” Geotextiles are used on fairly loose soils which are prone to erosion. This product is installed and fixed to the surface of the sensitive area, which is then sown using hydroseeding with supplies adapted to the constraints of the site. “JUTE” EURO-TEXTILES are entirely biodegraded after a period of 2 to 3 years. |
