HYDRO-SEEDING: EURO-SEEDING

Hydroseeding is a technique invented in the United States in the 1950s which consists in applying an emulsion containing water, herbaceous seeds, growth promoter, binder and seed covering (see EURO-SEEDING range “PRODUCTS”) in order to quickly recreate lasting plant cover.

The hydroseeding technique is used after an earth moving operation to quickly recreate plant cover, on all types of soils, which will help prevent surface erosion and premature damage to the construction.

This technique can be used in situations presenting constraints such as: difficult access, carrying capacity of the ground, soils of mediocre agricultural quality, and lack of surface preparation.
